Do I need any prior experience to enrol?+
No. Most of our tracks start from absolute zero. The Digital Skills and Digital Freelancing courses are designed for total beginners, and the tech tracks (Web, Mobile, AI, Python, Cybersecurity) all start with foundations.
Do I need to bring my own laptop?+
No. Jekademy provides laptops and fast internet at our Harare and Kadoma campuses during class hours. Bringing your own laptop is welcome but never required.
Where are the campuses and what are the hours?+
We have campuses in Harare and Kadoma. Our Kadoma campus is at No. 21 Connaught Street. Both campuses are open Monday to Saturday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Evening and weekend cohorts are available for working students.
How much do courses cost and can I pay in instalments?+
Course fees start from $35 (short tracks) and from $50–$65 per month for the longer tech tracks. Flexible monthly payment plans are available — message us on WhatsApp to set yours up.
Do you offer certificates?+
Yes. Every graduate receives a Jekademy Digital College certificate, and several tracks prepare you for internationally recognised exams (e.g. security, Google/Microsoft workspace).
Will Jekademy help me find work after I finish?+
Yes. Our outcome focus includes CV and portfolio reviews, mock interviews, freelancer profile setup (Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn) and direct introductions to our employer network.
Can I study online from outside Harare and Kadoma?+
Some tracks (Digital Freelancing, AI Fundamentals, Digital Skills) run as virtual cohorts. The full tech tracks are best taken on-campus for the mentor and lab time, but we'll do our best to accommodate remote learners — talk to us first.
Do you offer corporate / team training?+
Yes. We run security & compliance training, practical AI training and corporate email & workspace setup for Zimbabwean businesses, delivered onsite, virtually or at our Harare and Kadoma campuses. See our Business page or request a proposal.
