These terms apply when you enrol in a course, use this website or engage Jekademy Digital College for corporate services. By enrolling or using our services you agree to them.
Enrolment & fees
- A place is confirmed once your first instalment (or full fee) is paid.
- Fees are quoted in USD and payable by EcoCash, bank transfer or cash at campus.
- Monthly plans must be paid by the agreed date each month to keep your seat.
- Fees already paid for completed weeks are non-refundable.
Refunds & withdrawals
You may withdraw within the first 7 days of a course for a full refund less any materials cost. After that, fees for completed weeks are non-refundable, but the balance may be credited to another Jekademy course within 12 months.
Attendance & conduct
- Students are expected to attend at least 80% of sessions to qualify for a certificate.
- Respect for fellow students, mentors and equipment is required at all times.
- Harassment, theft or wilful damage to equipment will result in immediate dismissal without refund.
Intellectual property
Course materials, slides, code samples and recordings are the property of Jekademy and are licensed to you for personal learning. You may not resell or redistribute them. Work you create during the course (projects, portfolio pieces) belongs to you.
Equipment use
Laptops and equipment provided on campus remain the property of Jekademy. Students are responsible for the reasonable care of any equipment they use during class.
Corporate services
Engagements for business training, email setup and workspace deployment are governed by a separate written proposal signed by both parties. These website terms apply only where a proposal is silent.
Limitation of liability
We aim to deliver excellent training and outcomes but we cannot guarantee employment, freelance income or any specific result. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant course or service.
