- Course interest, payment records and attendance for enrolled students.
- Basic, anonymous website analytics (pages viewed, device type).
- Photos or video taken at campus events — only with your consent.

- To respond to your enquiry and confirm enrolment.
- To deliver the course you signed up for and issue certificates.
- To process payments and keep accurate financial records.
- To improve our website, courses and student support.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with trusted service providers who help us run the college (e.g. payment processors, email and workspace providers) and when required by Zimbabwean law.
How long we keep it
We keep student records for as long as you are studying with us and for a reasonable period afterwards to support certificates, alumni references and accounting requirements. Enquiry messages are deleted within 24 months if you do not enrol.
